As UAB St. Vincent’s prepares for the Epic go-live, employees are invited to attend one of two virtual town hall meetings on July 15, at either 7 a.m. or 3:30 p.m.
The sessions will give employees an opportunity to hear directly from leaders about what to expect during go-live, how teams are preparing, and where to turn for support during the transition. Topics will include go-live readiness, support resources, downtime procedures, communication channels, and how questions and issues will be addressed.
Employees are encouraged to attend the session that works best for their schedule. Both meetings will include time for questions, and employees also may submit questions in advance by clicking here.
